Meet the owner
Dr. Savannah Gardner

Dr. Savannah is a board certified chiropractic physician and owner of The Movement Foundry. She’s a go-getter girl from South Florida whose mission is to re-define the chiropractic experience for athletes & their families. A Palmer College Graduate and certified pediatric chiropractor, she has a passion for treating families, no matter the age, ability, or goal. She also provides specialized prenatal care as a Webster certified provider. Growing up in Jupiter, FL golf became a huge part of her life and she is excited to provide specialized care to the Pinehurst area as a Titleist Performance Institute Medical and Power Level 3 expert. Whether you are a weekend warrior, a professional athlete, or are just looking to add chiropractic care to your health care regimen, she is ready to serve you!

The youngest of three, Dr. Savannah was born and raised in Jupiter, FL. A caregiver from the start, she looked after her sister who lived with severe disabilities caused by a rare seizure disorder — an experience that shaped her natural compassion for serving others. As a competitive majorette and athlete, she dreamed of performing at the collegiate level. But at 17, a tumbling injury led to spinal fusion surgery at L5/S1. Determined, she returned to sport and earned a coveted spot as a Crimsonette at The University of Alabama. With residual pain and a rigorous performance schedule, she was in agony and over the counter medications weren’t helping any more. A local team of chiropractors changed her life, helping her perform in two SEC Championships and three National Championship Games — pain free.

She graduated a year early, earning her B.S. degree in Human Performance & Exercise Science. She then moved back to Florida to attend Palmer College, where she was awarded her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and the college’s most prestigious accolade - The Clinical Excellence Award. During her tenure at Palmer, she quickly found a passion for family care and women’s health, leading her to become Webster Certified. She also completed over 200+ hours of post-graduate education through the ICPA, pertaining to the care of children and pregnant women.

As an active duty military spouse, Dr. Savannah now proudly calls the Ft. Bragg area home. She and her husband, both avid golfers and weekend warriors, share a passion for the sport that inspired her to pursue advanced training in sport and performance-based chiropractic. She is a Titleist Performance Institute Medical and Power Level 3 Provider and frequents TPI yearly to immerse herself in advanced training with the top industry leaders. Dr. Savannah is also the Clinical Director for the Better Back Nine Foundation, providing premium golf experiences for post-9/11 SOF veterans. She offers specialized care during week-long Foundation Golf Experiences (FGEs) and travels throughout the country to contribute to one-day outreach programs nationwide. She is excited to continue serving the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area with this unique blend of expertise and purpose-driven care.

When they aren’t golfing, working out, or walking their beloved golden retriever, you can catch them planning their next adventure over a glass of wine and pizza. She is a coffee addict, a sunshine lover, and your biggest cheerleader.

Meet
Dr. Caitlyn Heidinger

Dr. Caitlyn Heidinger is a board-certified chiropractic physician proudly born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. From a young age, she’s had a heart for helping others—always the first to cheer someone on and inspire those around her to become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves. Her journey into healthcare began after a Lisfranc joint fracture during high school cheerleading gave her firsthand experience with recovery, resilience, and the power of integrative care. This experience sparked her interest in the human body and led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. It was during her time there that a guest speaker—who happened to be the team chiropractor for the Charlotte Checkers—ignited a passion for chiropractic care that blended movement, manual therapy, and holistic healing.

Eager to dive deeper, Dr. Caitlyn began working as a chiropractic assistant, where she witnessed patients regain function without medications, and return to their lives pain-free. This hands-on experience solidified her calling and ultimately led her to Palmer College of Chiropractic in sunny Port Orange, Florida. While at Palmer, Dr. Caitlyn discovered her passion for family-focused care, especially in women’s health, pregnancy, and pediatrics. She is Webster Technique certified and is currently pursuing her CACCP Pediatric Certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), continuing her commitment to supporting families from preconception through childhood and beyond. Outside the office, you can find Dr. Caitlyn soaking up the sunshine, practicing as she learns the game of golf, adventuring outdoors with her fur baby, or planning her next weekend getaway. She’s thrilled to be part of your wellness journey and is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-informed care to patients of all ages, skill levels, and goals
